Job Purpose: We are looking for anexperienced TechnicalDeliveryLead with 12+ years of software development experience tolead thedesign,development, integration, deployment, and support of enterprise digitalsolutions. The idealcandidate should have strong hands-on technicalexpertiseand be capable of actively contributing to developmentby designing and implementing complex features, integrations, and criticalbusiness functionalities whileleading the cross-function team.

Qualification: Graduate, Bachelor in Technology

Experience: 12 Years

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership 

• Lead end-to-end application delivery from requirementsgathering through production deployment. 
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, anddevelopment best practices. 
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technicaldiscussions. 
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,product owners, and project managers. 

Hands-on Development 

• Actively participate in application development and contribute code forcomplex and critical features. 
• Design and implement scalable solutions forhigh-priority business requirements. 
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complextechnical and production issues. 
• Review and optimize application performance, security, and scalability. 
• Support development teams in resolving technicalblockers and challenges. 
• Hands-onTechnical delivery Lead who is expected to contribute 30-40% of the time in coding based on the availability, solution implementation, code reviews, and complextechnical problem-solving.

• Sitecore XP/XM 
• OutSystems 
• Node.js, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Java 
• React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript 
• REST APIs, Microservices Architecture 
• SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL 
• Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, Git 
• Strong hands-oncoding experience with the ability to independently deliver complex technicalsolutions. 
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing end-to-enddelivery. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communicationskills.
