Nikhil contributes to the organization’s growth by building the strategy and strengthening governance to meet its business objectives with the leadership teams. Further, he is directly responsible for the software lines of business, marketing, human resources, and quality units. He is also a shareholder and board member.

He has played roles in sales and business strategy consulting in the India and the United Kingdom, before joining Intertec. Since joining Intertec, he has done several roles and initiatives including building new geographies, new lines of business, AI strategy, business turnarounds, and restructuring.

Nikhil is an MBA from the Manchester Business School, UK, and a graduate in Information Technology from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. In addition, he has attended various onsite programs with organizations, including Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Management.

Shailendra brings a wealth of expertise in business management, development, financial management, and service delivery with 30+ years of IT experience. Formerly the COO at Verifone, he has held senior roles at IBM, Wipro, HP, Compaq, and HCL, driving successful IT outsourcing and managed services projects across diverse industries.

Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global sales, client engagement, and business strategy. With a track record spanning three decades and multiple geographies, he has successfully managed large transformation deals, built high-performing teams, and achieved operational excellence for organizations.

Ritesh is a seasoned finance professional with 27 years of experience in UAE & India. He excels in financial reporting, taxation, planning, project finance, treasury, and business process automation. He has a strong track record in managing complex financial environments across geographies and has been a core member in ERP & HRMS system implementations and development.

Joseph Hanna currently serves as Vice President – Customer & Partner Success at Intertec, where he is responsible for driving customer experience, service delivery governance, and strategic account growth across key and named accounts. With over 33 years of leadership experience, he plays a pivotal role in customer retention, account expansion, and long-term value creation, while ensuring strong alignment with OEM and ecosystem partners.

In this role, Joseph oversees delivery performance, SLA adherence, and escalation management for strategic customers, while supporting revenue growth and margin performance across multi-million-dollar portfolios.
