The telecom provider, already utilizing Commvault’s Intelligent Data Management solution, needed to scale its data protection environment to accommodate rapidly increasing workloads across its large, distributed operations. This required integrating the Commvault Hyperscale backup appliance model to improve performance, availability, and alignment with business growth. Additional Commvault software subscriptions and services were also needed to fully support the expanded environment.
