Job Title: Training and Development Specialist
Job Purpose: Responsible for leading and implementing theorganization’s Talent development goals and nationalization agenda. This roleinvolves planning and execution of robust development plans, drivingproductivity and influence the retention of high performers.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of Technical recruitment experience
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with MOHRE Emiratisation quotas, policies, and reporting standards.
- Oversee timely recruitment of the nationals
- Collaborate with department heads to create meaningful induction and development plan for all new joiners including nationals.
- Monitor performance and development progress through structured reviews and monitoring.
- Design and deliver customised training programs to enhance skills, capabilities, and career development of employees.
- Foster a supportive environment for talent retention and engagement especially during the first 6 months after joining
- Track and analyze productivity, performance and engagment of all new hires hires.
- Provide regular reports on Emiratisation KPIs, productivity, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Identify and address gaps in national workforce planning to ensure optimal talent utilisation.
- Co-own the creation and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) of Critical resources.
Mandatory:
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE policies, Emiratisation regulations, and local labor law.
