Responsible for leading and implementing theorganization’s Talent development goals and nationalization agenda. This roleinvolves planning and execution of robust development plans, drivingproductivity and influence the retention of high performers.
8-10 years of Technical recruitment experience
· Monitor and ensurecompliance with MOHRE Emiratisation quotas, policies, and reporting standards.
· Oversee timelyrecruitment of the nationals
· Collaborate withdepartment heads to create meaningful induction and development plan for all newjoiners including nationals.
· Monitor performance anddevelopment progress through structured reviews and monitoring.
· Design and delivercustomised training programs to enhance skills, capabilities, and career developmentof employees.
· Foster a supportiveenvironment for talent retention and engagement especially during the first 6months after joining
· Track and analyzeproductivity, performance and engagment of all new hires hires.
· Provide regular reportson Emiratisation KPIs, productivity, and ROI to senior leadership.
· Identify and addressgaps in national workforce planning to ensure optimal talent utilisation.
Co-ownthe creation and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) ofCritical resources.
