Job Title: Technical Specialist
Job Purpose: Project Delivery & Support
Qualification: BE/BTech/BS
Certification: CCNA / CCNP,NSE4, PCNSA / PCNSE
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Mandatory Trainings Attended : Firewalls / Network
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Projects within schedule and budgets.
- Provide L1/L2 support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security infrastructure
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLAN, STP, OSPF, and BGP issues
- Support firewall operations including policies, NAT, VPNs, and HA
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA timelines
- Monitor network and security devices and resolve performance issues
- Coordinate with OEM TAC teams for advanced troubleshooting
- Perform health checks and support planned maintenance activities
- Maintain as-built documents, diagrams, and operational SOPs
- Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis when required
- Work closely with customers, projects, and internal teams
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security concepts
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco)
- Experience with switches, wireless controllers, and access points
- Familiar with monitoring and ticketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives, and requests.
- High Degree of Perseverance.
- Very good Customer handling Skills.
- Open to learn new technologies.
