Experience: 8+ years in Application ServicesCertification: Any low code/no code, BPM, AI, or software engineering-related certificationsResponsibilities:

  • Manage the full presales cycle for sales support: Requirement Understanding, RFI/RFPs, solutioning, proposals, presentations, and demos
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate demand for our offerings
  • Develop market intelligence and client business understanding to consult them effectively on digital transformation strategies
  • Design solutions in Application Development & Management, AI, Industry Applications, BPM, Low Code and Middleware
  • Define high-level Scope of Work for delivery estimations
  • Collaborate with delivery on estimations & delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) to be proposed
  • Manage OEM relationships, ecosystem partners, certifications, and pricing negotiations
  • Create thought leadership content: case studies, articles
  • Develop client relationships across the region by consultative positioning

Mandatory:

  • Experience in $1M+ digital/application services bids
  • Solutioning with ADM, Low Code, BPM, AI, Middleware
  • Strong proposal writing and SoW documentation
  • Software development background and SDLC understanding
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Iterative delivery
  • Domain knowledge: Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Transport

Optional:

  • Certifications: Low Code/BPM or TOGAF or AI
  • Design Thinking or Business Analysis training
  • Experience with application managed services solutioning
