Job Purpose: Sales Leader to Grow the Dubai Government Vertical and business
Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree. Masters degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
Certification: Sales Certification
Experience: 15+ years’ experience in IT industry; out of this min 5 years in IT sales in Dubai is preferred. Experience in handling Large accounts and large opportunities.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Partner – Dubai Government business, the individual will be responsible for leading and driving the sales
strategy, achieving revenue targets, and managing client relationships in Dubai Government business. This role requires
a deep understanding of the regional market, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and strong leadership
skills. The role also demands developing new sub-verticals within the Government Business Unit and later individually
leading these verticals for Intertec. This profile will work closely with other departments such as marketing, pre-sales,
and services to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
Growth Strategy & Planning
· Responsible for bringing new business / managing current business in Dubai by implementing effective and
innovative Sales Strategies and successfully managing the sales process from beginning to end
· Create a roadmap for each area of business like Digital e-services and Microsoft Business Applications, Security,
Cloud, Managed Services, Hybrid Infra and Enterprise Asset management
· Be responsible for aggressive growth in Dubai Government for above mentioned areas of business
· Plan Vertical business growth plan by—Federal Govt, Dubai Government, Key Large Public Sector Accounts.
· Building New Sub-Verticals within the Government vertical and focus on building a domain story for these
verticals along with Key differentiation.
· Planning and working closely with select industry leading OEMs.
· Managing Domain OEMs and solutions end to end.
· Large Accounts and Opportunities management skills.
Branding
· Be the face of Intertec for all external affairs in Dubai Government. Participate in various corporate activities
like press notes; advertising campaigns; training programs as a faculty; external seminars/conferences as a
speaker; as a part of the group for planning & implementing Users’ Forums, etc,.
Customer Relationships
· Develop the network with the CXOs and CIOs in Federal & Dubai Government
· Responsible for ongoing Customer satisfaction and management of Customer relationship-- (expectations,
communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc), specially with relationships with key client
stakeholders and their Business executives
· OEM relationship management

· Develop market intelligence aligning to the Business Vertical strategy
