Job Title: Business Development Manager (Arabic)

Job Purpose: Responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across the GCC region for Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, and AI-based solutions

Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Preferably in Computer Science

Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

· Execute the regional GTM strategy for Digital, Software, and AI offerings in alignment with the company’s strategic

objectives.

· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities that

strengthen market presence.

· Support demand generation through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships.

Business Development & Pipeline Management

· Identify and pursue growth opportunities across key industries

· Collaborate with sales and practice in prospecting, qualification, and solution alignment. Drive contract negotiation

and closure.

· Ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting of business metrics.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

· Develop trusted relationships within strategic accounts to enable upsell and cross-sell of Digital & AI solutions.

· Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase solution capabilities and demonstrate business

outcomes.

· Nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Solution Collaboration & Presales Support

· Work closely with Presales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to craft customer-centric solutions.

· Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives, budget, and technical feasibility.

· Support deal negotiations and assist in developing business cases and value propositions for customers.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Refinement

· Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies in Digital, AI, and Software

services.

· Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and differentiators to refine sales approaches.

Mandatory:

· Understanding of business process digitization, modernization roadmaps, and digital maturity frameworks.

· Understanding of AI/ML use cases (predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).

· High-level knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

· Understanding of microservices, containerization and cloud native development

· Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and process mining.

· Awareness of low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development.

· Good Communication & Presentation, Story telling

· Good negotiation skills

· Customer centricity
