Job Tile: Alliance ManagerJob Purpose: To develop and drive the business and relationships with key identified OEM partners.The objective is to gain the highest level of partnership and the OEM recognizing Intertec as a strategic and value based partnerQualification: BE, Diploma in Marketing/Sales, MBA (preferred not mandatory)Experience: Should have 15+ years of work experience. Should have done Alliance management handling OEMs for atleast 5 years. Should have Middle East Experience and Arabic speaking is an added advantageCertification: Sales Certifications for key OEMs like HPE/CISCO/Commvault/Pure Storage/Crowd Strike/Trend Micro/Palo Alto etcResponsibilities:
- Develop Business plan with the OEMs by working through with the Intertec CE, Presales and Practice teams.
- Regular internal and OEM cadence to ensure the required outcomes
- Build strong relationships with the OEM at senior levels and with all stake holders
- Generate leads from OEMs
- Drive awareness of the new age OEM initiatives within Intertec
- Make OEM aware of the key strategic focus, key developments at Intertec
- Support Practice & presales for Negotiations, wherever rqd.
- Intervention and drive resolution, as and when rqd, for operations.
- Build and execute a joint Marketing plan
Mandatory:
- Business Plan creation and driving the execution
- Good understanding of the technical domains of Infra, Storage, Security
