Our client, one of the leading Ports & Customs entity in UAE, was looking for a solution to provide end-to-end visibility on the KPIs and operations to executive management. The required data was available in the core platform built on Oracle forms with ERP being Oracle EBS. They wanted an easy-to-use solution which in turn can be taken over by the internal IT team for further development. Intertec helped them deploy Microsoft Power BI solution effectively to address the data reporting issues enabling their IT team to take over the platform for further enhancements and development of new reports with minimum support. All the dashboards were assigned to the required stakeholders based on their roles and privileges where live data from multiple systems could be extracted in the required format.
