Intertec Systems , a leading Systems Integrator in the region since 1991, in collaboration with Invita recently participated at the Middle East Call Centre (MECC)’13. MECC is the main annual conference cum exhibition for the Call Centre industry in the Middle East region, which was held on June 5 & 6 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, from 10am to 6pm.

In collaboration with Invita, the largest hosted Contact Center in GCC from Bahrain in customer service, Intertec demonstrated their call center offerings at Stand No. C – 18 , Hall No. 7, Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre. They jointly showcased their unique multi-tenant cloud-based contact center solution, call recording, quality monitoring and BPO solutions at this platform.
