EXPERIENCE – Minimum 3-4 yrs in SolarWinds Implementation
JOB PURPOSE: Onsite Support for Customer on SolarWinds Implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- Provide support for SolarWinds implemented at Customer premises.
- Add / modify existing devices added on SolarWinds.
- Configuration of new modules on SolarWinds
- Provide support to the customer on day-to-day IT Operations through SolarWinds Monitoring Solution
- Interacting with SolarWinds Support for L2 / L3 Support.
- Health Check and Maintenance of the Application at Customer Premises
- Design and deployment of SolarWinds
MANDATORY
- Should have good experience in Implementation and Support of SolarWinds
- Should have experience of implementing different modules of SolarWinds.
- Understanding of Networking concepts
- SolarWinds Certified Professional
- Understanding on SQL and Oracle Databases
- Understanding on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
