EXPERIENCE – Minimum 3-4 yrs in SolarWinds Implementation

JOB PURPOSE: Onsite Support for Customer on SolarWinds Implementation

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

  • Provide support for SolarWinds implemented at Customer premises.
  • Add / modify existing devices added on SolarWinds.
  • Configuration of new modules on SolarWinds
  • Provide support to the customer on day-to-day IT Operations through SolarWinds Monitoring Solution
  • Interacting with SolarWinds Support for L2 / L3 Support.
  • Health Check and Maintenance of the Application at Customer Premises
  • Design and deployment of SolarWinds

MANDATORY

  1. Should have good experience in Implementation and Support of SolarWinds
  2. Should have experience of implementing different modules of SolarWinds.
  3. Understanding of Networking concepts
  4. SolarWinds Certified Professional
  5. Understanding on SQL and Oracle Databases
  6. Understanding on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
