RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

• Handling Small projects independently on Desktops, Printers, Laptops, Wi-Fi, Switching and Routing systems and End user Client systems.
• Taking care of Internal Systems- breakdowns , co-ordination with vendors , HO IT team etc
• Regular upkeep of systems , Basic System Administration including backups
• Preparing reports and entering the same in the system.
• Reporting to MCSL on daily basis for updating calls situation, spares requirement etc.
• Preventive Maintenance services.
• Provide patches to client’s systems appropriate
• Have good cross department communication and relationships
