EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience in Technical support role with proven analytical and customer engagement.

Work Experience:-
- Should have worked or having good knowledge on LINUX Server H/W,OS and Managing independently.
- Should be a team player and ready to manage team in complex situations and environment.
- Should have worked in Datacenter environment and understand the complexity.
- Managing multiple customers for new project implementation, management of services and support.
Technical Skills:-
- Strong experience with Server & Storage Technology such as NFS Server, RAID Levels, SAN, NAS & Firmware management.
- Strong experience in Linux tools such as LVM,YUM,DPKG,NIC Teaming, Clustering & Multipath.
- Technical certification including Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA strongly preferred.
- Implementation of Linux patches and upgrades including Red Hat Repositories and Red Hat Subscription Management.
- Experience in Satellite server.
- Experience of Virtualization Technology : Redhat Virtualization, Oracle Virtualization & VMware.
- Experience in Linux Shell Scripting, Ansible automation & OS Hardening.
- Good Communication Skills and Customer handling.
