EXPERIENCE: 7 to 8 Years Implementation and Support of SolarWinds

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

• Implementation of SolarWinds Ala’ Carte and HCO
• Support of SolarWinds to multiple Customers on the modules installed for Customers.
• Presales on SolarWinds with Demo and Presentations on SolarWinds for new Customer prospects
• Configuration of new modules on SolarWinds
• Provide support to the customer on day-to-day IT Operations through SolarWinds Monitoring Solution
• Interacting with SolarWinds Support for L3 Support.
• Health Check and Maintenance of the Application
• Design and deployment of SolarWinds

MANDATORY

• Should have good experience in Implementation and Support of SolarWinds
• Should have experience of implementing different modules of SolarWinds.
• Understanding of Networking concepts
• SolarWinds Certified Professional
• Understanding on SQL and Oracle Databases
• Understanding on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience working in supporting multiple customers
