JOB PURPOSE: Microsoft Windows Servers Management and Troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ Years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, virtual networks, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL databases, and other Azure services. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.

 

• Plan, design, and implement complex infrastructure solutions involving Windows systems and Azure cloud services, considering scalability, redundancy, and high availability.

 

• Provide L3 support for complex Windows system and Azure-related issues, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and resolve critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.

 

• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards in Azure, including identity and access management, data encryption, and monitoring for security threats.

 

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates) to streamline deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources and Windows systems.

 

• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Windows systems and Azure services, addressing resource bottlenecks and fine-tuning configurations.

 

• Implement and manage robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for Windows systems and Azure resources to ensure data integrity and rapid recovery.

 

• Conduct capacity planning for Azure resources, analyze usage trends, and make recommendations for scaling infrastructure to meet business demands.

 

• Manage Windows server patching and updates, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant with industry standards.

 

• Lead incident response efforts in the event of critical system or cloud service outages, working to restore services promptly and conducting post-incident reviews.
