Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Lead who will be responsible for
- Identify gaps in ITSM and ISMS implementation
- Create and implement plan to close gaps in implementation.
- Ensure SLA adherence and proactive monitoring
- Monitor and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Analyze data to identify improvements, problem management.
- Perform proactive Project and IT Security Risk Management
- Plan and execute periodic audits ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ensure closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Identify system and process improvements and own them for closure
- Ensure adherence to client processes and practices.
- Assist in creation of processes, templates, checklist etc. and roll-out to teams.
- QA reporting on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
- Lead Certificate and expertise in ITIL V4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001
- Knowledge of Information System architecture and Security Controls
- Experience in ITSM tool BMC
- Experience in reporting tool Power BI
- Experience in quality auditing
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Regulatory compliance expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
