RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed-upon service levels and standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilise project management skills to manage project timelines, resources, risks, and issues while maintaining a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Track & Report the progress of service delivery KPIs, SLAs, Compliances and take necessary actions for successful delivery
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Escalation point for all Projects & Support engagements
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our solutions and services align with their expectations.
- Manage Vendor contracts, negotiations, delivery governance, KPIs
Presales Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive presales activities, including assisting with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to potential customers.
- Leverage technical expertise to articulate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries during the presales phase, contributing to the overall growth of the business
