The client is one of the largest Waste Water treatment plants in Jordan and runs a range of services geared towards running plants smoothly. The client was keen to improve its asset and maintenance process efficiency with a reliable asset management solutions provider. The company was aware that the implementation of a new system would require a monumental change in culture for its employees. They opted for Intertec’s Infor MP2 software and later upgraded to the Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software. Today the company has built a strong 5 years relationship with Intertec and has been jointly working towards upgrading their existing Client-Server MP2 Application to a 100% web enabled InforEAM Application.
