Naresh Kothari is the Managing Director, President & Founder of Intertec Systems, a regional IT solutions and services specialist serving Government, BFSI, and Large Enterprises across the Middle East and India.
He plays a very crucial role in setting the strategic direction of the company while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He has a proven track record of building highly successful businesses, driving change, and leading cross-cultural teams. He oversees 550+ employees and operations across 5 countries.
He is passionate about driving continuous innovation around technologies such as AI, Cloud, IoT, cybersecurity and Analytics. Under his supervision and deep understanding of the region, Intertec has grown many folds since 1991 while supporting its customers on their digital transformation journey, as well as develop their own IP.
Due to his excellent interpersonal communication skills, Naresh has developed and nurtured long-lasting and impactful relationships with our customers and partners. This has allowed him to build strategic value for the company by establishing various domain capabilities for a variety of industries. Today, Intertec has the ability to deliver value to Healthcare, Retail, Transport & Utility sectors other than eServices in Government Sector.
He has been instrumental in advising many start-ups on their journey and challenges that they must plan for growth.
Prior to establishing Intertec Systems, Naresh worked with some of the premier organizations like Engineers India Limited, MMC Digital Systems and Datamation Systems.
Naresh completed his B.Sc from Mysore University and Diploma in Computer Science from DIMS in 1978. He has also completed various certifications from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta) to gain management expertise.
In his free time, Naresh loves to travel and explore new places, read books, spend quality time with his friends and family, and mentor budding entrepreneurs.
