JOB PURPOSE: Manage & farm large Enterprise Accounts (Strategic Account Management
QUALIFICATION: Graduate in any discipline, science graduates, Engineers & MBA are preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Industry experience of over 15-20 years in direct solution selling (out of which at least five years sales experience working in Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical).
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Managed Services, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security & Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise & Real Estate Accounts in Dubai.
- Should be able to engage customers on technical solution discussions and proposing value on solutions around Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions.
- Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills, strong analytical and business planning skills, ability to communicate clearly and efficiently including making presentations and negotiating with both clients and vendors.
- Uses consultative solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align the client’s business needs with the company’s solutions.
- Manage & farm large Enterprise Accounts (Strategic Account Management)
- Capability to make solution presentations to customers with impact.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with respective Practice, Presale & Project Manager concerned on miscellaneous issues covering pre-sales and post-sales issues till a project is signed off by the customer.
- Attending Tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge and updating on the new range of solutions announced.
- Should be able to recognize the client’s business needs, interpret them, and produce/prepare appropriate proposals.
- Follow up outstanding receivables from customers
- Meet monthly/Quarterly and Annual gross margin targets and revenue targets.
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
MANDATORY:
- Graduate in any discipline, science graduates, Engineers & MBA are preferred.
- Industry experience of over 15-20 years in direct solution selling (out of which at least five years sales experience working in Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical).
- Experience of selling Private and Public Cloud solutions for 5 years in any geography
- Experience of selling Managed Services for 5 years in UAE or India
- Min industry Experience of 15-20 yrs in direct selling
