Roles & Responsibilities
  • BMS & DLS devices communication issues support including DDC panels\Onsite support for PC\Phone and iPad
  • Meeting room – info point, click share & TV setup
  • Installing and troubleshooting all Valet locations.
  • Monitor iPad connectivity and coordinate with APP team to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring PCS System, if any issue need to coordinate with respective team (NOC, Security or Vendor) ( Report generation)
  • Monitoring biometric devices through biometric application. If any issue with biometric device need to communicate with vendor for rectification. Registering new employee fingerprint in biometric device for door access. Generating attendance reports as per requirement.
  • Creating users for biometric application access with required Privileges. in case of issue need to coordinate respective team NOC, SOC, System team
  • Monitoring parking empty/occupied spaces for Grand, Fashion & Cinema Parking through Car Park system. Hardware issues for sensors need to communicate with vendor for rectification/replacement after NOC/SOC/ System team confirmation. Generating Car Park reports as per requirement. Troubleshooting communication issues between sensors & car park server
  • Monitoring UPS System, if any issue need to coordinate with respective team (NOC, SOC or Vendor)
  • Monitoring Taxi Count System, if any issue need to coordinate with respective team (NOC, Security or Vendor)
  • Monitoring Access Control System (Column/ Barrier), if any issue need to coordinate with respective team ( NOC, Soc or Vendor)
  • Troubleshooting system in VIP Lounge, if required need to coordinate with vendor for rectification after L-1 support
  • Monitoring AP, BMS,DLS, PCS, Biometric, Beacons, switches, UPS, VIP Parking, Meter Checker through nagios monitoring, V- Care, E-directory, Feedback system. If any device goes offline we will get alert by email and we will forward to concern team for rectification after L-1 Support & Validate after confirmation
  • IDF & MDF coordination with cabling team, NOC and periodic heath check for all EMG IDF & MDF location
