Roles & Responsibilities

PRIAMARY SKILL : SCCM and Secondary Skill : Windows & AD

• Installing and configuring the SCCM 2012 Current Branch 18xx & 19XX
• Managing site health, configuring maintenance tasks and performing client remediation.
• Supported Environment for deployment (DEV, PRE-PROD & PROD) created UAT for Patching Recommended By ITSC
• Monitoring SCCM severs OS performance including CPU, Memory and Disk space utilization.
• Creating and deploying all the software packages / Applications including custom EXE, MSI and script/ batch files to managing client.
• Configuring SCCM Infrastructure including Client agents, Site boundaries, core site system roles and internet-based client management.
• Understanding of setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment “Maintenance Windows”
• Troubleshooting all Components like Distribution Points & Management Point, SUP.
• Experience in Handling Content Library.
• Update OSD task sequences on a quarterly basis to manage security patch updates
• Provide L2 & L3 support for Deskside support analysts.
• Experience in Release Process for handling any respective of deployment for trade floor.
• Deploying patches/application with approval of release Process. Test, QA, Pilot Based on the success ration then we target to MASS PRODUCTION ROLLOUT(Trade/Market Floor)
• Deployment will be always separate for trade floor it will not mix with other usual deployment window.
• Experience working With Help of Local IT team for handling the reboot will be for trade/Market floor deployments
• Experience in Handing Patching of Desktop an Servers through SCCM.
• Preparing compliance & noncompliance report for the entire SCCM clients and troubleshooting the noncompliance clients as per needs.
• Performing and Monitoring Site Server backup on a weekly basis through custom reports and fixing failed sites backup.
• Troubleshooting site servers using its recent Site server and DB backup through site repair wizard.
• Deploying SCCM Clients through available client installation methods including Client push installation, S/w distribution, SUP and through custom scripts.
• Addressing and troubleshooting the Non-Healthy Clients machines using other SCCM tools like Client center, PSEXEC and SMS trace log viewer.
• Using SCCM Reporting, SQL quires and VB \ Power shell scripts for creating the Custom based required reports.
• Responsible for very high system availability and is on call on 24 X 7 basis

Windows Admin

• Install, Configure, administer and fine-tune Windows operating systems and components.
• Provide second level support to incidents and ensure timely closure of incidents with SLA compliance.
• Protect Infrastructure Servers from Security threats by timely updating OS patches, security patches and service packs.
• Participate in IT projects and act as a Project Manager on certain projects.
• Support and maintain 200+ Windows Servers (Physical and Virtual) deployed at Dubai Data Centers and in International Offices.
• Manage User Accounts, Group permissions in various domains and user base of 4000 accounts.
• Manage internal and external DNS servers
