Senior Technical Support Engineer - Network & Security

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and implement network upgrades, new implementations, and migrations for clients with minimal impact on users and business operations.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture and network diagrams.
• Configure and manage spine-leaf and three-tier network architectures, including:
• • Core switches
  • Distribution switches
  • Access switches
  • Leased lines
  • MPLS links
  • High-availability network configurations
• Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto firewalls, including active/passive high availability.
• Configure and manage FortiGate perimeter firewalls, including master/slave high availability and VDOM environments.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800 series) in Active/Standby configurations.
• Deploy and manage Cisco ISE and Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabric environments for branch offices.
• Deploy and manage Cisco ACI fabric and perform ongoing BAU operations and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage VMware NSX environments.
• Administer VMware environments, including vSphere and VMware Cloud Director (VCD).
• Configure and manage Infoblox DNS and DHCP services and address pools.
• Configure and manage Cisco IPS solutions.
• Configure and manage Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) and SDA environments.
• Design, configure, and manage F5 BIG-IP LTM load-balancing solutions, including:
• • Virtual servers (VIPs)
  • Pools and pool members
  • Persistence profiles
  • SSL profiles
  • SSL offloading
  • iRules
  • High-availability and network failover
• Configure and manage F5 GTM for internal and external DNS solutions, including synchronization between Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.
• Configure and manage F5 APM access policies for VPN-based traffic.
• Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery (DR) plans for IT operations.
• Participate in organizational and customer-level disaster recovery testing and exercises.
• Provide 24/7 support and participate in on-call/support rotations.
• Troubleshoot network, security, wireless, virtualization, and load-balancing issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain network availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
