Our client is one of the leading holding companies headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The client had clearly defined KPI’s for their IT team. The IT team used to submit timely reports to CEO periodically. These reports were generated from data that was gathered from multiple sources and channels. It was becoming a very time-consuming task for all their employees to work on consolidating such raw data and preparing executive reports. Errors made during entering such data manually was yet another challenge.
The client was looking for a tool that can provide a single view of the IT KPI’s. The tool would be accessed by the CEO to track KPI performance from time to time, and also allow him to generate reports in real‐time.
